if you run a small business and your wavier looks ANYTHING like this: get the fuck off legalzoom and find someone who has done this before.  these kind of waivers are complete bullshit.  If you run a hardgoods company; your waiver is probably bullshit.  If you run a skatepark; your waiver is probably bullshit.  you want to be serious about protecting yourself, pay a few extra dollars for a lawyer or accountant who a can make a tailored plan that will actually protect you and your business.  and for the love of your  livelihood please get some fucking insurance.
