I don't think a foreskin is an imperfection - I think circumcision is a vicious practice - genital mutilation - based on old ideas.
In some places in the U.S., like the Pacific Northwest, which is known for its more progressive mindset, parents choosing circumcision are no longer in the majority. And, Medicare doesn't pay for it any more. Thank God; that's just too many nerve endings to lose.
