they think a bowl of chopped chicken and chickpeas is fancy
I think mostly it's just that when you lift and end up eating a lot, you start to think of food primarily in a utilitarian manner and get lazy about making "fun" or interestingly prepared meals. It's why I end up cooking something like 3 lbs. of chicken breasts at a time and then just douse 'em with hot sauce, spices or something good when it's time to eat, I've sort of lost my will to spend time doing anything but making easy shit in bulk because I have to make so much freakin' food all the time.
But, fuck Crossfit anyway, shit's kooky.
