Yeah, having seen the spot in person I would say JT's kickflip to nose manny is the gnarliest thing I can think of doing into that thing. I feel like after Penny almost no one did non-manual tricks there.

The coup de grâce, back blunt, first try. It was Mike Rusczyk. In and out in about 20 minutes. No one filmed. Maaaaybe shot 3 photos.

Wow that is probably the best (previously unknown) footage I've seen in years from Penny. Manzoori says "a few years back" but someone comments those benches "have been gone for a good minute". I think this was when Penny was still on (the original) Es and Manzoori was one of the main filmers working for Sole Technology. So you are probably right early 2000s is the most likely era.
