6. Skate scenes become more polarized in some doing it as a sport and others as an art
How is skateboarding an art? And what makes you think that people who happen to compete don't consider what they do an art? The age old question is it an art or a sport? I believe it's neither.
While I agree that it is not just either of these things, it is clearly more of an art than a sport if one were to choose. Style is such a huge factor in skateboarding and it most often trumps skill. I would personally call it more of a hobby.
New P-Rod Company becomes the 2014 version of what girl was in 1993. P Rod steals the best tech skaters from the best teams because they also happen to be his buddies. Just like with the original Girl team, kids stop paying attention to the plan b team.
-Prediction for 2033- Danny Way bitterly makes some reference to Paul Rodriguez's company in while being interviewed about the third plan B team he started (this time strictly as a wheelchair bound owner...and yes, he did jump the mega in the wheelchair) after plan B 2.0 goes out of business in 2018)

Having fully retired, Sammy Baptista will admit that he has been lying about his stance since he was 12. He will follow up by saying "honestly, I don't see how the ridiculous lie I told when I was a little kid held up for so long"
Enjoi never fully recovers from the loss of Jerry. Its a bummer, and everybody fondly remembers enjoi at its heyday.
