That aside, if you can't actually see the kick making contact because of the distance and angle then it must not have happened, right? Not so. You can very clearly see the kids pelvis get jutted forward as he was pushed over the lip. This video would hold up in court so I have no reason to doubt it.
That kids impact was not fake, neither was his vocal reaction to the pain.

I was glad to see someone sharing this with national media outlets. This is probably just a tiny glimpse into the guys abusive nature. I hate the idea of a kid possibly getting put into the state system but at the very least he needs to be investigated.

gnar, this just brought back a really disturbing memory from a few years ago, at metal prefab park some kid was too scared to drop in and his mom and everyone kept trying to talk him into it and he wouldnt do it, finally the kid starts crying and his mom starts yelling forcing him and saying his dad would be bummed and all this fucked shit. it was sad. it moved me enough to go amd confront the mom that its just skateboarding its supposed to be fun and whatever else my 16 year old self had to say..  she immediately looked embarrassed and they all left the park, before driving off the mom came back crying saying thats not how she raised her kids.. we just looked at her. ... sad day at the park...
